Mike has been actively involved in the real estate industry as a licensed broker focusing on Washtenaw and Livingston Counties since 1986. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and joined Swisher Commercial in 1999. Throughout his career, Mike has been responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office, hi-tech, industrial, and retail properties, as well as vacant land. Prior to joining Swisher Commercial, he was an Associate Broker with Grubb and Ellis, and served as Director/ Vice-President for a real estate development company in charge of property management and marketing services. He has provided consulting services, Landlord/Seller representation and Tenant/Buyer representation for national as well as local clients. Mike is a member of the Ann Arbor Area Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, where he has served on the Commercial Committee. He is a Board member and Chairperson of the Washtenaw County Family Court Advisory Council and a member of Michigan Adaptive Sports, an organization devoted to the athletic development of physically challenged children and adults.
